The 90-minute performance uses video clips to highlight the most bizarre and hilarious moments in Portuguese society over the past year. Classical Music to Echo in Historic Hermitage

Music lovers in Ponta Delgada can enjoy a free performance by the Arquinteto ensemble on October 4. The concert, held in collaboration with the Quadrivium Artistic Association, will take place at the Hermitage of Nossa Senhora das Mercês at 5:00 PM local time.

The program features Mussorgsky’s iconic “Pictures at an Exhibition” and Darius Milhaud’s “La cheminée du roi René.” Local officials noted that hosting the event in the historic parish of São Sebastião serves a dual purpose: providing high-quality cultural programming and revitalizing the municipality’s architectural heritage.
